Child Development Pathway Consortium: A Model for Building the Early Care Workforce

A well-educated and trained early care workforce is essential to a solid infrastructure that supports the economic and social well-being of families and communities. Los Angeles Valley College Child Development Pathways Project will be presented as an innovative model for building the early care workforce. Through an interactive presentation, participants will learn how they can duplicate this high school to community college model in their region.
