Transitions -- Supporting Young Women Pursuing Non-Traditional Degree/Career Pathways

Freshman transition into college/career pathways from high school is challenging for all students. However, young women entering non-traditional programs require supportive measures to ensure retention and success. This presentation will address how successful transition and continuation for these young women can be facilitated. Mentorship, peer support, and faculty involvement will be addressed.
