Team-Based Learning

See a new way of testing. With team-based learning (TBL), students work in teams on tests and essays. Rather than testing in isolation, students test individually; retake tests in teams using “IF-AT” forms, and appeal unclear test content. TBL teaches collaboration and problem solving, generates assessment data, and provides real-world scenarios. Instructors evaluate curriculum validity through appeals.
