Programs of Study - How Does Your Academy or Career Pathway Align?

CPA Education Code has been updated to include a detailed description of the required CTE sequence of courses, also known as Programs of Study (POS). This workshop will provide the opportunity to receive instruction on development of industry sector specific Programs of Study (POS) in a collaborative session with the California Department of Education Industry Sector leads. Following the initial overview, attendees will meet with their individual industry sector lead in a follow-up session for specific instruction and guidance in developing or aligning their CTE sequence of courses, as Career Technical Education POS, in accordance with legislation. All Academies should send a CTE representative to this session.
