This session applies to CTE Programs including Partnership Academies, ROPs, Skilled & Technical Science CTE instruction related to Green, Energy, Building/Construction, Utilities/Maintenance. Learn how to deliver NCCER Industry developed and recognized credentials in your programs to enhance sustainability, meet Federal Guidelines (perkins) and provide pathway articulation to industry. The NCCER is a 501 (c) 3 not-for-profit education foundation created by the construction industry to develop industry-based training programs with portable, recognized credentials that are delivered through a standardized system of accreditation, instructor certification, curriculum and assessments, and a national registry. Relevant workforce and industry-related statistics will be presented, along with best practices for instructional delivery through print and online learning curriculum tools and resources.
