The Counselor's Role in Building a Successful California Partnership Academy

The CPA Counselor has many roles. The presenters bring their combined experiences as counselors to include: Student and faculty recruitment and selection; master scheduling; academic advising; postsecondary preparation; career exploration; industry networking; and data collection. Participants will brainstorm ideas for master scheduling and share strategies for recruitment and improving at-risk student achievement. Materials will include sample forms, brochures, and downloadable presentations.
