Assessments for Programs of Study in the Arts, Media, and Entertainment Industry Sector

Coronado School of the Arts (CoSA), a CTE AME program, is developing Exit Assessments for several industry areas in its Production and Managerial Pathway. Industry experts and the San Diego County Office of Education have partnered with the teaching staff at CoSA to create industry-themed performance assessments for Animation, Film/Video, and Technical Theatre students. During the presentation, teachers will discuss the process of building the assessments. Video of students working on components of their performance assessments will be shared, as well as sample assessments.
